The skates are the pads on the bottom of the unit that slide over the desk or pad.
This product is a 3-piece custom PTFE mouse skate kit, consisting of one 80mm curved long skate and two symmetrical triangular small skates, with a standard thickness of 0.7mm. Custom thin thickness options including 0.4mm, 0.5mm and 0.6mm are available. All edges are rounded and finely polished to prevent scratching cloth pads, glass mouse pads and hard desktop surfaces during sliding.
The characteristic of PTFE mouse skates is withstanding high temperature, abrasion-resistant as well. Widely used under mouse so as to make it move smoother and easier, and where temperature is high. In some case, UPE is used to reduced cost otherwise, can take the place of PTFE.
We adopt high-purity virgin PTFE raw material with ultra-low friction coefficient, bringing smoother cursor operation, suitable for long-time gaming, CAD design drawing and daily office use. Each mouse skate is pre-fitted with 3M 9448A double-sided adhesive, which has strong adhesion and leaves no residual glue after peeling off. UPE material can serve as a cost-effective substitute for entry-level office mouse skates with basic sliding performance.
All kinds of mouse skates can be produced upon your requirement, whatever the shape it looks like, wherever it is used. For game mouse and home mouse, our product can exactly fill the cavity without gap, no hunch-up will be found after applying.
We support full customization: adjustable size, variable thickness, optional colors (black and white in regular stock), custom die-cut shapes and alternative adhesive tapes. This three-piece set is precisely cut to fit the bottom grooves of large ergonomic vertical mice. The curved main skate and front triangular skates work together to balance bearing force, effectively avoiding cursor offset and jitter during rapid mouse movement. We offer independent PE bag packaging and carton bulk shipment for wholesale, and customized packaging for brand sellers is negotiable.
